Hello Craig here apologies for taking so long to sign up, my pc had virus have had to go and get new laptop,my pockets hurt! Recipe is below with the muesli recipe as well, this can also be done with shop bought gluten free muesli, just substitute the other type. Any questions drop me a line. Peace x

500g Oats
100g Flaked almonds
100g Hazelnuts (Smash slightly with rolling pin in a tea towel)
125g pumpkin seeds
110g Rice Puffs
65ml Agave Syrup

Rub all ingredients with syrup in a large bowl until coated with syrup and sticky.
Lay on couple of roasting tins lined with greaseproof paper(this makes it less messy when removing from tray)
Bake at 120-140 degrees until lightly golden, turning often to avoid and nuts or seeds burning on the bottom.
this recipe should yield 12-15 portions.

Fruit and nut Bars
1 Large egg white(lightly Beaten)
3 tablespoons golden syrup
1 teaspoon veg/sunflower oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Cappucino cup muesli
1/8 cup dried fruit

Whisk together wet ingredients
add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Place in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, and smooth down making sure mix is evenly distributed and pressed down and flat.
Bake in preheated oven at 165 for 15 mins until lightly browned.
Remove cool on wire cooling rack, and cut accordingly into portions.
This will keep for up to 5 days if wrapped tight and kept in fridge.
