Hey Bravo Company if anyone would like a copy of our team photo (with or without bunny ears Staff F?) drop me a line at nickynorris@hotmail.com and I'll send you one right over!
Nix xx

p.s Didn't manage to get up at 6 this morning but was up and running by 8am!! Managed to get round my usual route in one go for the first time in years and knocked 8mins off the time! The view of the snow-capped Campsies was a-mazing but couldn't stop to take a photo as too scared I wouldn't start again! Been doing my evening walk everynight too and it's like the hills I used to struggle up have become less hilly.....
And still not smoking!!!

Hi Guys - I'm another Boot Camp convert, I feel like a walking advert for Prestige at the moment and haven't stopped telling people about what a great time I had although clearly some of my stories are 'you had to be there.......'!

It's really nice to see that people have logged on and want to keep in touch. One week and I feel like I have turned so many corners so thanks to you all for a great week. Without a doubt, the team make the experience even more rewarding.

xx

Hello ladies have just read some of your messages, making me miss you and yes I'm welling up with tears!! Such a great bunch of girls you were all awesome and so supportive. Thanks for making it such an unforgettable week.

Would love to see you all again for a Reunion or maybe at a future Camp.. I intend to go again for sure I loved it soooo much.

The week made me realise I can achieve so much more than I thought and I know now I can run up that hill and go that extra mile.

Bottoms up ladies I'm just about to have a sip of wine (I'm cooking with it of course...) !!

Lots of love, Kerry xxxxxx

Hi Tina, good idea I reckon looking for a mini triathlon, its good to have some aims. Leave it with me on the military PTI side of things and I will see what I can do around that area.

Meribel..I told you all you would miss it when you look back..Such a tough week eh? The hardest thing is getting people back at home to understand what you have been through eh?

Well you did amazing

Take Care and catch up soon

Hey everyone,

I just got back from skiing/snow boarding (turns out I am a boarder after all!!, and as my lovely boarding intructor told me, "boarders are soooo much cooler").

Managed to be good until the last 2 days where I indulged in some cake, but laid off the alcohol.

It was so lovely to meet you all 2 weeks ago, from reading the comments you have inspired my to make sure I get to the gym tomorrow morning before work, I don't want to let the side down.

Staff R, Staff F, Staff B and Kate thank you for a lovely week - you were all great

Hi all,

Check me out! Joined the gym on Saturday...14 months membership all pre-paid up front so there's no bloody excuse now!! I went yesterday and went before work this morning...can feel those familiar aches coming back. Take it that means I'm doing it right! Haha!! AND I've made chicken soup (enough to feed an army) so that's lunch at work sorted (rather than a Costa visit!) and my nana's and oats at the ready for the banana smoothie! This is very not me...domesticated Hayley or what!

Hope you're all ok!

Keep jogging!

Much love,
Hxx

Hayles well done now like Staff R said the hard bit is done. Try and get into a good routine and if you need any assistance with your training programme put a reply on the forum.

Punam glad to here the boarding went well keep up the hard work and I am sure we will see each other in the future!

Hi guys... Lovely to read your updates & messages :-)

I'm really getting in the exercise... it's the food I have trouble with! I push myself to my limit with the exercise everyday and I'm totally focused but I'm SO RUBBISH with my diet! Do I need to follow some sort of plan?! I just am not organised :-(
What are you all eating??? How's the weight loss? My weight has stayed the same since camp (so no gain) but no loss either! Muscle weighs more yes.... but my measurements are the same too. I always do this. Plateau.

Help !!!

Aside from the desperation of this message I'm very happy! haha!! Been chatting to lots of the girls about getting together and doing a fitness day in the Summer in Hyde Park (if there is one?)

Lots of love to you all, miss you loads! Kezza xxxxxx

Kezza

You need to keep changing your training from low intensity to high intensity but you really need to be a little more disciplined with the food.

I know its tough at times but well worth it, honest x

Ps..Dates are now up for Hyde Park. I went today had a meeting with them x
