Hyde Park Training Day and PTDP!

Had a great day at Hyde Park. Training in the lung of London what struck me was the peacefulness in such a hectic city - that was peaceful until Staff R let loose! I had missed his dulcet tones! Even the horse riders gave us a second glance due to the noise we were making but we were boxing at the time and you know how much noise those pads make when slammed together!

We did the F word amongst other things and I went from moaning to begging when the second round of the F word came round!

Looking forward to the Lido restaurant being open as the 'easy jog' to the toilet was miles - or am I exaggerating??

PTDP - Post training day pain - boy am I feeling it today, you know what I mean Karen B?!? I think the Jockies have alot to do with the pain I am in and for those that don't know what they are I won't spoil it for you! But at least you know you worked!

Had a great day, it was great to see Staff and Frankie again and thanks for making training fun. Looking forward to February - might do a double header - London and Bristol especially as there is talk of PTDD (post training day drinking!) in Bristol.

Amy - enjoy next week. Hope to catch up with you again on another training day.

Yesterday was indeed an awesome day, it was great to meet you all and the training was excellent as ever!

I'm hoping that the '14 day rule' will be applied so that Fartleking and Jockies cannot be used on any camp within a fortnight of a training day...

I was struggling to find something that didn't ache this morning but am feeling ok now!
