"I lost 6 pounds and 5 inches!"

Personally I have attended two boot camps; one last year with another boot camp provider in Devon and then recently with Prestige Boot Camp, again in Devon. I can honestly without a doubt that Prestige is far and away the better option. The accommodation is better, the food is better and the way I felt throughout the week was definitely better with Prestige.

Being totally honest, the food portions on my last camp were so small that all the girls I went with (19 of us in all) were hungry and lethargic all week, with prestige I can honestly say I did not feel hungry. The snacks were far superior at Prestige freshly prepared things rather than just packets of seeds every single day. Also the accommodation at Prestige far and away superior, power showers and high standards I honestly could not complain about anything.

With regards to the exercise regime that was very similar at both camps but Prestige have a heart they do not drag you out of bed at 5.30am to go hill jogging at 5.45am, it's still early 6am but that half hour makes so much difference. Also on day 4 when our bodies were tired and we all feeling we could do no more, hill jogging was dropped that day and we did gentle exercises instead for that hour.....we all wanted to kiss Staff Reitze when he announced that.

The exercises are varied and whatever we did it was always one thing for no more than about an hour so if you hate something it’s just one hour to endure which is nice. Nobody will make you do anything you do not want to do but if you go there with a try it and see attitude you will do better rather than just say no I won't like it so I'm not doing it.

There is nothing scary or impossible and it's amazing what I could actually achieve once I tried, Staff Watt was the PTI for our group and he even managed to devise a plan to get me running and enjoying it ... amazing!! What I would say is all the staff at Prestige the week I was there are fab, Staff Nesbitt you are a star, Staff Reitze you are so patient with everyone I have already praised the lovely Staff Watt and Kate our boot camp manager an absolute gem, not forgetting Mikey the brilliant chef and Frankie who put herself through lots of stuff with us.

All in all to anyone thinking of booking do it, you won’t regret it and even now 2 weeks later I am buzzing with the great feeling I came away with, 6lb lighter and 5" smaller so the results speak for themselves, similar results at both boot camps but a better overall experience at Prestige.

Last Sunday I did the London to Brighton bike ride 54 long miles and to be honest without boot camp there was no way I would consider something like that but because of boot camp I am invincible!!!
