Here at Prestige we know that to get the very best out of your body, you have to put the best into it, therefore absolutely do not put you on a starvation diet!

Our menus are devised by our specially trained chefs using guidelines from qualified dieticians, who work at University Hospital Bristol NHS Foundation Trust resulting in Prestige Boot Camp being the only weight loss and fitness boot camp in the UK to have a plan approved by an NHS Trust.

Our award winning Head Chef Darren Martin has produced exclusively for you, a menu of exquisite healthy cuisine which incorporates calorie options tailored to personal requirements. Our weight loss results are proven and we have a solid track record. All the meals are well balanced and nutritious, providing you with the fuel you need for your intensive exercise programme and kick starting your change to a healthier way of eating.

A typical day’s menu will incorporate the 8 government healthy eating targets based around the Eat Well plate model. We don’t believe in faddy diets that may be unbalanced and deficient in some nutrients. For more information on these targets click here http://www.eatwell.gov.uk/

Unlike other camps our breakfasts change daily and we pride ourselves on offering very appetising meal choices such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and muesli made from scratch by our chef. There is always a freshly made snack between meals to energise you and every meal is prepared using the freshest ingredients.

By following our specialised diet for seven days the body will have detoxed and significant changes will also have taken place internally. These include; correction of sugar cravings, increased energy levels, clearer complexion, sparkling eyes and a lift in mood.

Prestige Boot Camp will also provide you with a flexible nutrition plan to take home that have been devised by our dieticians to offer to help you succeed with your weight loss management. The staff will continue to offer their support to you plus you will also be able to keep in touch and share your goals and achievements, recipe ideas etc with fellow campers via the online forum.

BREAKFASTS
