The Power Gulp

At just 110 calories, the Power Gulp is a great recipe if you're looking for a healthy, delicious snack. All you need is some kale, green grapes, some cucumber, a Granny Smith Apple and a splash of water. Once you've chopped everything up, simply put it in the blender for a few seconds and then enjoy. This drink is packed full of iron and vitamin K, so it's great for improving blood and muscle function and the health of your bones.

Carrot and Orange Smoothie

We love this recipe because it's so simple. All you need is a few carrots and some peeled oranges. Simply put all of these items through a blender, and there you have it! This drink is quick, easy, tastes delicious and is perfect if you're in a rush. It's also a good way of getting some vitamin C into your diet.

Blueberry and Cabbage Juice

This colourful drink is packed with antioxidants, so it's perfect if you want to improve your overall health. It's low in fat and sugar, too. Simply slice up a red cabbage, peel a cucumber, add in a handful of blueberries and some chopped apple to make the drink, and then throw in some ice cubes to give it a cool and refreshing taste.

Strawberry and Cucumber Juice

There's nothing to dislike about this drink. It's ready in just over 10 minutes, and it's low in fat and added sugar. It also has a comforting taste, so you'll love nothing more than sitting back after a long day at work and enjoying a glass or two. Some strawberries, cucumber, an apple, carrots and ice are all that's required to create this drink. If you're struggling to convince your kids to give fruits and vegetables a try, then this is a great way of adding them to their diet.

Orange and Sweet Potato Juice

This drink has a unique and creamy taste - meaning it's great if you're looking for a healthy dessert. It's also packed full of citrus fruit to give it sharp, zesty and refreshing undertones. We are sure that this drink will become a new family favourite.  Sweet potatoes, carrots, a lime and oranges are all that's needed to make this drink.
