The London boot camp weekends are designed to give you an intense work-out, burn fat, maximise weight-loss and increase fitness levels. They are a great opportunity to get a taste of what boot camp is all about; suitable for those who want to lose weight or ideal for anyone who just want a fitness boost or a day out with friends! They are also perfect for a boot camp reunion, top up training, and to get re-focussed and inspired.

Our location:

London Hyde Park

  • Held once a month on a Saturday and Sunday from 1000 until 1500

  • Option to particpate over 1 or 2 consecutive days

  • Prices are £39.50 for 1 day or £69 for the weekend package

  • The course is open to both men and women and suitable for all fitness levels

The itinerary will be challenging and varied with an emphasis on fun as well as fitness. The day is split into a mix of high intensity followed by low intensity interval sessions which includes: Cardio Circuits, Strength Circuits, Tabata, Boxing, Body Pump, Core Training, and Team Games. We have regular toilet and water breaks plus a lunch break scheduled between sessions.

The London boot camps are held once a month on Saturday and Sunday from 1000 until 1500. You have the option to participate over 1 or 2 consecutive days. Prices are £39.50 for 1 day or £69 for the weekend package. Lunch and snacks are not provided but upon booking you will receive nutrition suggestions for the day. The course is open to both men and women and suitable for all fitness levels.

IMPORTANT INFO

One of the greatest Parks in the world, Hyde Park at over 350 acres is one of the largest green spaces in London. Hyde Park is a central base for everyone to feel alive and get outside and there is a good chance you will forget you are right in the centre of London!

You will be expected to muster at the Lido Restaurant near the Diana Memorial Fountain at no later than 1000 where you will be met and briefed by your trainer. There are toilets here and a cafe and parking.

Training Kit Required:
Wear Layers so you can take off if too warm or add clothing if too cold. E.g. Vest, T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, Tracksuit Bottoms or shorts and socks. Really it's your preference of training kit (Bring a change if you prefer), Trainers (1- 2 Pairs if raining), Waterproofs (If required), Gloves, Towel, Water Bottle. We will continue to train in Sun, Wind or Rain.

Do I need to be really fit? 

Our trainers have the knowledge and experience to tailor session to individual ability. We welcome beginners to those who are very fit.

Is there a secure area for bags? 

Yes, the trainers will have a vehicle for bags and valuables. Please note that all valuables are left at your own risk. 

Can I park? 

Yes but you will be subject to Hyde Park parking charges. 

Do you provide food? 

Lunch is NOT included. However we will provide a suggested menu for the day. You may also like to order our Better Body Box food delivery box to maximise your results. 

Where do we meet?
