If you want to get the benefits from home, these deep cleansing juice recipes are easy to make and jam packed with vitamins that will aid your body’s recovery and rid it of anything harmful.
Ultimate green juice
Green juices are a great way to get a lot of vital nutrients in one go. The green colour is a sign that the ingredients are full of chlorophyll, which is what transports oxygen into our cells. To make the Ultimate Green Juice here’s what you’ll need:
- A few celery stalks
- 1 broccoli trunk
- 1 green apple
- 1 bunch of parsley
- ½ cucumber
- A handful of romaine lettuce

- 6 thin slices of ginger, peeled
- 2tsp maple syrup
- 3 cups of boiling water

This recipe is perfect for starting your morning or treating yourself after a hard workout. Plus, it will make you feel as though you’re on a tropical island. For this one you’ll need a few more ingredients than the others:
- 1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1 small pineapple peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1 medium peeled kiwi
- 1 piece of freshly peeled ginger
- 1.2 cups of fresh coconut water
